*No refunds will be provided but a transfer of entry to another competitor is allowed if you need to withdraw from the competition
*If under 18, the athlete must have their parent/guardian sign their waiver & be present at the competition.

DIVISIONS:

Junior Athletes

Athletes from 12 - 20 years of age
Scored using the athletes Sinclair + Wilks coefficient
Open Athletes

Athletes between 21 - 39 years of age
Scored using the athletes Sinclair + Wilks coefficient   
Masters Athletes

Athletes from 40 years of age & older
Scored using the athletes Sinclair + Wilks coefficient 
SUPERTOTAL LIFTS

All athletes will complete 3 attempts at the 5 lifts in the following order:

3 attempts at the Snatch
3 attempts at the Clean & Jerk
3 attempts at the Back Squat
3 attempts at the Bench Press
3 attempts at the Deadlift
Athletes will be split into flights (groups) and will each have 1 minute to take their attempts
No previous experience is necessary. All levels are welcome to regsiter for this fun, empowering lifting event!
